# Forgot password?

If you receive an **Invalid email, password, or company name****a** error message**,** do not know, or forgot your password, take the following steps**:**

1. Tap **Forgot Password?1,** enter your account **Email** then tap **Send Email**.

- You will receive a reset password link via email from **[noreply@youraspire.com](mailto:noreply@youraspire.com).**

- After selecting the link, you will be redirected to the Aspire website to update your password.

**Keep in Mind**

- You must be online to reset your password using the Aspire Mobile app.
- You will not receive an alert that your email is valid or invalid. So check to be sure that you have entered the correct information.
