If you receive an Invalid email, password, or company namea error message, do not know, or forgot your password, take the following steps:
- Tap Forgot Password?1, enter your account Email then tap Send Email.
- You will receive a reset password link via email from noreply@youraspire.com.
- After selecting the link, you will be redirected to the Aspire website to update your password.
Keep in Mind
- You must be online to reset your password using the Aspire Mobile app.
- You will not receive an alert that your email is valid or invalid. So check to be sure that you have entered the correct information.
