Forgot PIN?

Need a PIN reset because you are seeing an Invalid PIN^a, or perhaps you  forgot your PIN, take the following steps:

• Tap Forgot PIN?¹ 
• Enter your account  Email² , then tap Send email³. Tap OK⁴  in the Email Sent message that will populate, confirming that you will receive an email containing your PIN if an address is found to be associated with your Aspire user account. 

•    You will receive your current PIN via email from noreply@youraspire.com.

Keep in mind  

• You must contact your administrator to change the PIN associated with your user settings.
• You will not receive an alert that your email is valid or invalid. So be sure you have entered the correct information.
• You must be online to reset your PIN using the Aspire Mobile app.
