You can request service for equipment assigned to your route by selecting the three-line icon in the top left corner of the app home screen and then selecting Request Equipment Service from the panel.

The Request Equipment Service feature is an add-on that’s only visible if your company has it set up. Talk to your system administrator if you have questions.

Using the Request Equipment Service form
First, select the Equipment button. This takes you to a page that lists all equipment assigned to your route. Refer to the equipment names, models, and asset numbers to be sure you select the right one.

Select an item, and a checkmark appears next to it.
Select the back arrow to return to the form.
Select the Service Tags button.
Select one tag that describes the reason the equipment needs service, and a checkmark appears next to it.

Select the Write note field and type in any specific instructions, warnings, or comments that the people scheduling or performing the equipment service should know.
When you’re done filling in the form, select Send request, and you’ll be returned to the your screen.
Note:
If you want to cancel the request, selec the back arrow to leave the form without sending.
Expected results
After submitting the service request, office staff at your company can access the service request from the Equipment module in Aspire Cloud.
