Article summary

Clock In with a Crew leader's device

  •  You can log in using the same device as the crew leader. If the crew leader is already clocked in, then as a crew member, you will not have to find and select your crew leader name and route from the route list before clocking in.
  • Once you have successfully clocked in, you will be logged out of Aspire Mobile.

Clock In without crew leader

  • You can automatically clock in when the Allow Crew Member Mobile Clock in Without Crew Leader feature is selected by an administrator, and the crew leader has clocked in on your device once before.
  • Once these requirements are met, you must select and confirm your Route and Crew Leader on the Time Tracking screen before you can clock in.
  • You will automatically be logged out after you clock in from a shared device so that the next crew member can log in and clock in.

Administrator: Crew member single clock time

  • With a system admin permission, you can configure a setting at the branch level that clocks crew members in simultaneously at a given interval you can set by following these steps:
    • E.g., if a crew member clocks in at 8:00 am and another clocks in at 8:05 and you set the interval at 5 minutes, they both will reflect a clock-in time of 8:00.  This will only be reflected as one clock time on time entry.
  1. Go to the Administration menu.
  2. Select Organization
  3. Choose Branches
  4. Select Single Clock time
  5. Set an Interval under which to clock in crew members.

    Administrator: Round clock in time
