Daily plan

The Daily Plan screen is the default screen for crew leaders in Aspire Mobile. It contains routes, tickets, materials, scheduled equipment, services, and schedules assigned to you and your team so you can prepare for the current or next day.

Note

  • When your device goes offline while viewing the Daily Plan screen, you will be notified that you are offline when you pull down to refresh the data. Once you are back online, you will be notified that you are online, along with the timestamp for your last data sync. Aspire automatically refreshes your data every 15 minutes.

  • An Edit Route permission is needed to change route configurations in the Aspire Mobile app.

Below is an overview of the Daily Plan screen.

  1. Menu: Select the menu to view application features.

  2. Account settings: Select to view settings that impact your user account details.

  3. Route: Select the name of your assigned route  to filter the Daily Plan screen so you can only see Tickets, Materials, Indirect Services, and Scheduled Equipment associated with your chosen route. See Routes for more information.

  4. Materials: Lists the estimated materials required to complete the work tickets scheduled for the selected day.

  5. Indirect Services: The indirect services required to complete the work tickets scheduled for the selected day.

  6. Scheduled Equipment: View equipment scheduled for your work tickets. This tab mirrors the Daily Plan report in Aspire Cloud, giving Crew Leaders quick access to the tools assigned to their route and helping them prepare efficiently for the day ahead.

    Note

Enabling Snow Mode limits the display to Materials and Indirect Services associated with the Snow division.

  7. Progression Bar: Displays the percentage of hours completed against the total hours scheduled for the day’s work tickets. A status of 100% appears when the total logged hours meet or exceed the scheduled visit hours for all work tickets on that day.

  8. Today: This panel contains the Daily Plan; it is the default panel that appears after you log in to Aspire if enabled under your route. You can switch between Today and Tomorrow's panels by selecting Today next to your route name and choosing from the dropdown.

  9. Tickets: View tickets scheduled for the calendar timeframe you chose. By default, the Daily Plan will display the work tickets scheduled for the day of work based on your chosen route. When Snow Mode is enabled, you can see work tickets filtered by the Snow Division.

    Note

Quick tickets are prioritized above any scheduled tickets on the Daily Plan screen.

  10. Issues: View all existing issues associated with you as a crew leader. Respond to the issue via the Open Issues section.

  11. Time: Open the time tracking screen to clock in and out. As a crew leader, you can complete additional clock-in and clock-out forms if configured by your company.

  12. Alerts: View all notifications from the last 7 days.

Routes

Routes are a filter on the Daily Plan screen to view tickets assigned to a specific route. Depending on your user role and which routes are assigned, you may be able to view routes assigned to others. Filter routes on the Daily Plan screen by selecting your route and choosing from the list available to you. These routes can then be filtered for the current day or the following day so you can prepare a day in advance. If you select a route that differs from your assigned route, the selected route will be the default for the next 24 hours, even if you log out and back into your account.

Note

  • Updating the route on the Daily Plan screen will also update the route on the Ticket Schedule screen and vice versa.

  • Assigned routes are available upon login.

  • You can download unassigned routes by selecting the download icon next to the route.

Selecting a route

Take the following steps to filter by route:

  1. On the Daily Plan screen, select your route to open the Select Route screen.

  2. You can view assigned routes when you login. If you need to access unassigned routes you will need to download them. Daily plan overview showing tickets and hours for Amanda Main Residence services.

Scheduled Equipment

The Scheduled Equipment tab displays a read-only list of equipment assets assigned to work ticket visits. Equipment displays here if it was scheduled in Aspire Cloud using the Equipment module. This view allows Crew Leaders to verify which shared assets are needed for current and upcoming days, helping them coordinate usage and prepare accordingly. For more information on equipment scheduling, see the Equipment scheduling improvements article.

Select the Scheduled Equipment tab to view shared equipment scheduled for use on the day's work tickets. The following describes the screen elements on the tab:

  • Equipment Name: The name of the equipment asset.

  • Days Scheduled: Lists each date the equipment is scheduled for work, including the current day and any future dates tied to active tickets on the Crew Leader’s route.

Note

This tab supports offline access. When a connection is available, Aspire downloads the latest equipment scheduling data and stores it for offline use. Field users can access this data even without a network connection. Equipment must be assigned to a work ticket via Aspire Cloud’s Daily Plan to appear here.
