Equipment meter reading

Capture equipment usage throughout the work day by prompting crew members to record equipment meter readings during clock out after completing a job.  

Keep in mind

• You are not required to provide an equipment reading for all assets. 
• Add equipment items by entering the asset number. Tap Add and confirm by tapping Save.
• This feature is available to Corporate and Enterprise tier clients and Growth tier clients with a paid GPS integration.  

Configuring equipment meter readings 

As an administrator, configure the event (Per Job, End of Day) or day that needs to take place to prompt the equipment reading form to appear in the Aspire Mobile app by taking these steps. A company administrator must configure the equipment meter readings before using the feature in Aspire Mobile at the system or branch level. 

Configure in System level settings:Administration > Configuration > Time Reporting > Equipment Reading Clock Out Prompt > Save 

Configure in Branch level settings: Administration > Organization > Branches > Equipment Reading Clock Out Prompt > Save

Keep in Mind

•  Recording equipment usage is not a requirement.
• You can only add a reading for allocated equipment with a specified meter type.
• You can equipment not assigned to your route by adding the asset number of the equipment item. 
• Branch settings override the system settings
