If  you receive an Invalid email, password, or company namea error messagedo not know, or forgot your password, take the following steps


  1. Tap Forgot Password?1, enter your account Email then tap Send Email



  • After selecting the link, you will be redirected to the Aspire website to update your password.

 

Keep in Mind

  •  You must be online to reset your password using the Aspire Mobile app. 
  • You will not receive an alert that your email is valid or invalid. So check to be sure that you have entered the correct information.
