Ticket Schedule overview
Use different timeframes to view and manage all scheduled work tickets and internal services on the Ticket Schedulea
- View work tickets for a specific route using the Route Selectorb filter.
- Scroll and tap to select an available period in the Time Frame Bannerc:
- Unscheduled
- The Unscheduled Ticket tab provides a universal update applicable to all routes, encompassing time-based and sequence routes. It encompasses any unscheduled work, such as indirect service tickets or properties linked to the route.
- Yesterday/Today
- Today
- Tomorrow
- This Week
- unavailable when offline
- Next Week
- unavailable when offline
- unavailable when offline
- Unscheduled
- View all the work ticketsd.
- View the visit start/end timese of a ticket.
- Only tickets with services in the Snow division are displayed when Snow Mode is on.
- Tickets you see on the Ticket Schedule screen when using the This Week or Next Week filter will be based on the First Day of Week setting configured in the Administration menu.
Ticket sorting
Your tickets will be sorted in the following ways:
- Tickets scheduled for the day will appear first on the Ticket Schedule screen.
- Tickets marked as Completed will drop to the bottom of the list.
- If you have started time on a ticket and it is in progress, that ticket will move to the top of the list with a green highlight.
- If you have stopped working on a job that has already started without completing the ticket will drop to the bottom of the list.
