Ticket Schedule overview
The Ticket Schedule screen provides a high-level view of all planned work tickets and can be filtered by route or timeframe. Tickets on this screen are listed with the following information:
- Visit start/end time
- Property
- Ticket number
- Service
- Hours
- Status
Ticket Filters
Use the following filters to sort work tickets. 
- View work tickets for a specific route using the route filter.
- Scroll and tap to select an available period in the time frame banner:
- Unscheduled
- The Unscheduled Ticket tab provides a universal update applicable to all routes, encompassing time-based and sequence routes. It includes any unscheduled work, such as indirect service tickets or properties linked to the route.
- Yesterday/Today
- Today
- The default view of the Ticket Schedule screen.
- Tomorrow
- This Week
- Next Week
- Tickets you see on the Ticket Schedule screen when using the This Week or Next Week filter will be based on the setting configured in the Administration menu.
- Unscheduled
Note
- This Week and Next Week tabs are not available when offline.
- Only tickets with services in the Snow division are displayed when Snow Mode is on.
- Data will automatically refresh every 15 minutes, or you can pull down to refresh data in the Unscheduled, Today, Tomorrow, This Week, and Next Week tabs at any time.
- Tickets on the Yesterday/Today, Today, Tomorrow, This Week, and Next Week tabs are grouped together and separated by each day of the week in chronological order so you can easily see which ticket is expected on which day.
Ticket sorting
Your tickets will be sorted in the following ways on each tab:
- Tickets scheduled for the day will appear first on the Ticket Schedule screen.
- If you started time on a ticket and it is in progress, that ticket will move to the top of the list with a green highlight.

- Tickets marked as Completed will drop to the bottom of the list.

- If you have stopped working on a job that has already started without completing the ticket will drop to the bottom of the list.
