The Calendar screen is accessed from the Calendar icon in the Aspire Navigation Bar.
Double-clicking on the calendar or double-clicking on an existing tile opens the Appointment Screen to create a new appointment or edit an existing appointment.
Mobile Calendar screen
Double-clicking on the blue hyperlink entry opens the Appointment Screen to create a new appointment or edit an existing appointment.
Screen Element | Description |
---|---|
Contacts | This field allows the you to specify the employee contacts whose appointments should be displayed in the calendar. It is common for users to display their own calendars. If you display someone else’s appointments and the other user has marked their calendar or an appointment as private the appointment tile will simply display the word Private, and you will not be able to drill into the appointment. |
Calendar refresh icon | Aspire will automatically synchronize the Aspire calendar with the company’s calendar system approximately once per hour if you have synchronization enabled as described in the section, Setting Up Calendar and Email Integration. Click this icon to immediately initiate calendar synchronization which may take a couple of minutes to complete. The Sync icon is only visible if the user has enabled calendar synchronization. |
Date Selector | The Date Selector allows you to specify the time range that should be represented on the calendar. |
View Selector | The View Selector allows you to choose the display format for the calendar from the following options: day view, week view, month view, or agenda view (display list of appointments). |
