How It Works

  • When a submittal recipient approves or rejects a submittal, the system sends you an email notification.

  • The email contains a direct link to view the submittal in the Collaboration Portal.

Receiving Notification Emails

  1. Submit a submittal in the Collaboration Portal.

  2. When the recipient reviews the submittal, they will either Approve or Reject it.

  3. Upon approval or rejection, you will receive an email notification.

  4. Open the email and select the provided link to log into the portal and view the updated status.
