If you forget your password, follow these steps to reset it:
- On the Sign In page, select Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Collaboration Portal account and confirm the action.
- Check your email for a password reset message. Select the link in the email to open the Reset Password page.
- Enter your new password in the provided field, then re-enter it in the confirmation field.
- Select the arrow to continue.
- After resetting your password, the system displays a confirmation message and logs you into your account.
