Resetting your password

If you forget your password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. On the Sign In page, select Forgot Password?
2. Enter the email address associated with your Collaboration Portal account and confirm the action.
3. Check your email for a password reset message. Select the link in the email to open the Reset Password page.
4. Enter your new password in the provided field, then re-enter it in the confirmation field.
5. Select the arrow to continue.
6. After resetting your password, the system displays a confirmation message and logs you into your account.
