Adding a comment to a request

  1. Select the request you want to comment on, then select Add Comment
  2. From the Add Comment screen, enter your comment.
    Optional: Add up to five attachments by selecting Add Attachment.
  3. Click Add Comment to submit your comment to the request. You can view the comment history on the request details page.
