Overview
You can pay one invoice at a time, or select several open invoices and pay them together in one payment. This article covers both.
Important: When you pay several invoices together, they're charged as one payment for the combined total. If that payment doesn't go through, none of the selected invoices are paid.

Things to know
You pay the full balance of each invoice you select. To pay part of an invoice, pay that invoice on its own.
You can select invoices from more than one property. You can also use the property filter to narrow the list to one property.
There's no limit on how many invoices you can select. Your service provider's minimum and maximum payment amounts apply to the combined total.
Convenience fees are included in the total. If your service provider charges a convenience fee, the fee for each invoice is added together and shown as one amount before you pay.
Some invoices can't be selected. Invoices that are already paid or have a payment in progress show a checkbox you can't select.
Note: If you don't see Select on the Invoices screen, paying several invoices at once isn't available for your account yet. You can still pay your invoices one at a time.
Paying one invoice
Follow these steps to pay a single invoice.
From the Home screen or the menu, select Invoices.
Select an invoice from the list to open its details.
Review the invoice details. To view the invoice as a PDF, select View Invoice. To return to the list, select Back.

Select Pay Invoice.
Choose the payment amount. If your service provider accepts partial payments, you can pay the Full Balance or enter an Other Amount.
Choose a payment method. Your saved payment methods display here, or you can add a new one.
Select Pay to submit the payment.
Paying several invoices at once
Follow these steps to select several open invoices and pay them in one payment.
From the Home screen or the menu, select Invoices.
Select Select. A checkbox displays next to each invoice.
Select the checkbox next to each invoice you want to pay, or select Select all.
Select all selects every invoice that matches your current filters, including invoices that haven't loaded on the screen yet.
Review the bar at the bottom of the screen. It shows how many invoices you've selected and the running total, for example 2 selected · $300.00.

Select Pay selected. The Make a payment window opens with the total amount and the number of invoices selected.

Choose a payment method from the list, or select Add New Payment Method.
Select Pay $[total] to submit the payment.
Tip: Your selections stay checked when you change the property filter or the Show dropdown, so you can narrow the list while you choose. Selecting Cancel, opening an invoice's details, leaving the Invoices screen, or refreshing the page clears your selections.
If the total is over your payment limit
Your service provider sets a maximum amount for each payment, and it can differ for cards and bank accounts.
If your selection is over the limit for every payment method, a message displays at the bottom of the screen. Clear some invoices to continue.
If your selection is over the limit for the payment method you chose, the Make a payment window shows the maximum amount and the pay button is unavailable. Choose a different payment method or clear some invoices.
What happens after you pay
An Invoices Paid confirmation displays.

Each invoice you paid shows Pending while the payment processes, which usually takes a few minutes. Then it changes to Paid. You can't select an invoice while it's pending.
If you've turned on email receipts, you receive one receipt that lists each invoice you paid.
If the payment doesn't go through
None of the selected invoices are paid, and a message explains that the payment failed. Check your payment method, then select your invoices and try again.
