Signing up and logging in

  1. Upon receiving a Customer Portal invitation email, select the provided hyperlink to access the sign-up screen. 
    Note:
    The filter defaults to all properties associated with your account.
  2. Enter and confirm your password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain:
    • an uppercase letter
    • a lowercase letter
    • a number
    • a symbol (@#$%^&+=!)
  3. After you've successfully set your password, select Save Password. The Portal will redirect you to the Sign In screen.
  4. Enter your email address and the password.
  5. Select Sign In.
