6.25.0 CRM Enhancements

đŸ’¡This release includes a range of enhancements inspired by client feedback, designed to heighten your experience using the Aspire desktop application.

Opportunities

You can now exclude specific months from auto-spread in fixed-payment contract schedules. Use the new checkboxes to deselect months as needed, and Aspire redistributes the contract total across the remaining selected months.

Invoicing

Opportunity invoice notes now display in a dedicated tab on the Invoice screen, making them easier to review during billing.

Reports

  • You can now build custom formulas on the WIP (Work Orders) report using the Total cost to date and Total estimated cost fields.

  • HR Admins can now bulk email selected contacts directly from the Certifications report. Use the new bulk action menu to notify employees of upcoming expirations or required trainings.

  • The Division field is now available on the Construction WIP Adjustments report as a sortable, filterable, and groupable column, helping you better organize and analyze financial data by operational unit.

Contacts

Certifications in Contact List now display as individual pill-style chips instead of comma-separated strings. If a contact has more certifications than can fit in the row, Aspire displays a +X overflow chip that reveals the full list on hover.

Work tickets

  • Item names in the Manage Work Ticket Items modal now display as: Item Name – UOM – Item Code. A tooltip is available for any truncated item names, showing the full value on hover. This update applies to all three tabs: Work ticket items, Item allocation, and Vendors and purchasing.

  • The Occurrence (from the estimate) field is now available as a non-default column in the Schedule Board’s Work Ticket List. It can be sorted, filtered, and grouped to support better organization of recurring or phased work.

  • Time & Materials items now respect catalog price overrides, even if the item was not included on the original estimate. When an override price is defined in the item catalog, Aspire applies it during T&M billing calculations automatically. A new tooltip in the Pricing column explains when a catalog override is being used.

Notifications

When the Use Branch Name setting is enabled in Notification Settings, SMS messages for canceled or rescheduled visits now show the correct Branch Name and Service Display Name, improving customer-facing communication.

Equipment

The Equipment schedule board now remembers the last Route manager you selected. When you return to the board, even after logging out, your previous Route manager selection is retained.

Web Report Designer

  • The Item alternate name field is now available for use on invoice layouts in the web report designer. Currently, this field displays values only for items included on the original estimate.

  • The Actual quantity field is now available for use on Daily plan layouts in the web report designer.
