Adding a New Service Explicitly – Link to Existing Services

You can add a new service to the work order by clicking the New Serviceicon next to any existing service in the estimate. When you do this, Aspire allows you to select from a defined drop-down list of available services established in the Aspire system. If a service that is already listed on the work order is selected, Aspire gives them the option of linking the newly created service with an existing one or creating a separate work ticket from the new service.

Note:

The only tickets available to link the opportunity service to are those tickets that match the service in the catalog and have an invoice type of Fixed Price Open Billing.
