Clear Date Fields when Copying an Opportunity
When copying an opportunity, Aspire currently carries over the start and end dates from the original opportunity. This idea would clear those fields when copying an opportunity.
Add Kit Names to Item Catalog Advanced Search
The Item Catalog Advanced Search list currently indicates whether an item is included in a kit. Implementing this idea would add the kit names to the list, so that you can see which kits an item belongs to.
Automatically change contact type from "Prospect" to "Customer" when an Opportunity is Won
Implementing this idea would eliminate the manual step of having to edit a contact after an opportunity is won by automatically changing the contact type from “prospect” to “customer.”
Ability for Additional Users to Receive Signature Confirmation Notification
Currently, only the Sales Rep receives a confirmation when a customer completes an e-signature. This would provide the ability to select additional users to receive the notification.
Change "To" Email Address to Primary Contact when Emailing Statements
Adopting this idea would automatically set the Primary Contact as the recipient when bulk emailing statements, eliminating the need to manually set the recipient.
Change "To" Email Address to Primary Contact in a New Opportunity Email
Adopting this idea would automatically set the Primary Contact as the recipient when sending a new opportunity email, eliminating the need to manually set the recipient.
Additional "Days Prior" triggers for Reminder Notifications
With this enhancement, you'll have the flexibility to choose additional parameters for the days before a visit reminder notification is sent, so that you are not limited to just the day prior.
Add Original Budget Amounts to P&L Reports
Implementing this idea would conveniently place the original budget amounts on the P&L Reports, so that you can compare budgeted amounts against the P&L totals.
Additional Notes/Tags Available on the Schedule Board
This idea would provide additional visibility to notes and tags on the schedule board, so that operations managers can see key information about visits without leaving the screen (call ahead, “do not move,” etc.).
Add Property Side Panel to Invoice Asst. List
The Invoicing Assistant list currently only shows the property name associated with a service. This idea would allow you to launch the property side panel, so that you can see key information about the property (collection notes, contact information, etc.).
Ability to Take Deposits for Opportunities in Bidding Status
This idea would allow the ability to associate a payment with an opportunity that is in bidding status, so that deposits can be taken and associated with an opportunity before it is won.
Auto-check "Email Invoices" for Primary Contacts by Default
Implementing this idea would eliminate the need to manually update contacts to receive emailed invoices by automatically checking “email invoice” for primary contacts.
Auto Populate Lead Source from Property to Opportunity
This idea would automatically populate the lead source from a property to an opportunity, eliminating the need to manually set this field each time an opportunity is created.
Estimating - Allow Search by Item Code
With this enhancement, you'll be able to search for material items on the estimating screen by entering the item code, making it easier to quickly find and locate the correct item for the estimate.
Automatically Enable “Paperless Invoices” Setting
Implementing this idea would eliminate the need to manually select “paperless invoices” each time a new property is created.
