Bulk Actions Menu Options

Functionality for bulk editing exists on the Properties Search List screen. By using the Select All, Select None, or Select individual properties functionality, the user can choose multiple properties to modify simultaneously by choosing an option from the Bulk Actions menu in the upper right-hand corner.

The Bulk Actions menu is only available to users whose role allows them System Admin or Edit All Properties permissions. In each case, when they select an option from the menu, Aspire displays a window from which they can choose the appropriate action to apply to all the selected properties.
