Accounting Sync

Notable Information
Viewable configuration fields vary depending on the supported external accounting program chosen to sync with Aspire.
1. When the Perform Accounting Integration at Branch Level option is checked, the account configuration fields will appear as read-only and the branch or system admin will need to configure an accounting sync from the Organization-Branch section of the Admin menu. 
2. Click on the drop-down to choose an accounting system to sync. Currently, QuickBooks Online & Desktop, Acumatica, and Great Plains are the supported accounting programs integrated with Aspire. 
image.png3. Check Enable EOM Export to view the EOM Export Accounts set-up fields. This feature enables system admins and account managers to export account entries from Aspire into a table that can then be imported into your accounting system. Click here for more information.
4. Automatically sync to Quickbooks by clicking the Accounting Sync button.

Aspire GPS Integration

Notable Information
If a client is currently utilizing a supported GPS integration, you will need to navigate to this screen to enable and set up the integration. Currently, Aspire supports GPS integrations with FleetSharp and Azuga.
1. Save changes.
2. Enable Aspire GPS Integration must be checked before GPS provider details can be filled in.
3. The provider details that can be viewed and filled in vary based on the Provider selected. image.png
4. Check Create Equipment Readings to have Aspire pull equipment reading logs for trackable equipment. The information gathered will appear under the Reading Logs screen on the Equipment Detail screen of the Equipment module. 

Company

Notable Information
System admins can customize company-specific details so that their companies see their company details when utilizing end-user portions of Aspire such as the Customer Portal.
1. Save modifications using the Save button at the top of the screen.
2. Edit your website URL.
3. Upload a photo of your company logo. 

Customer Portal

Notable Information
The customers of Aspire's clients can view their proposals, invoices, and issues from the customer portal. Before customers can access the customer portal, You must enable the customer portal for the company and send an invitation to the customer via email. System admins can configure the customer portal from this section.
1. Save modifications using the Save button at the top of the screen.
2. To view customer portal configuration and set up options, Enable Customer Portal must be checked first.
3. Click here to view the company customer portal as it is currently configured.
4. The Invitation Email Body rich text editor is fixed to the screen.

Electronic Payments

Notable Information
The electronic payments section is only shown if the Electronic Customer Payment Processing feature is enabled and a CardConnect account has been established.
1. Save modifications using the Save button at the top of the screen.
2. Allow Branch Override enables an electronic payment account to be configured at the branch level when the option is checked.
3. You can choose the percent of the payment amount to include as a convenience fee for ACH payments.

Electronic Signature

Notable Information
1. Save modifications.
2. Checkmark Enable Electronic Signatures to give Aspire users the option to use the Electronic Signature functionality where applicable. Currently, this is available as a Bulk Action within the Opportunity module on the Opportunities Search List screen.
3. Utilize the rich text editors to compose the Email Body or the Sales Rep. Email Body descriptions. Both editors are fixed to the screen.

Invoicing

The Invoicing section is composed of functions used to configure information related to invoicing a customer.
1. Save modifications.
2. The Invoice Email Body and the Invoice On Completion Description text boxes are fixed to the screen.

Time Reporting

Notable Information
The Time Reporting sections enable you to configure information related to time reporting within Crew Mobile.
1. Save modifications.
