You can translate the following text fields:

    Mobile form responses
  • Property details
  • Time correction request notes
  • Visit notes
  • Work ticket details
  • Property side panel visit notes
  • Customer Portal 2.0 visit notes

Dynamic translation in Aspire Cloud

Aspire uses your browser’s preferred language setting to determine which translation option to show. The translate option displays when hovering over applicable text fields. If your preferred language is English, the translate option will show as Translate to English.

Under text fields, there are options to translate or revert the text to its original language.

  1. Hover over the text you want to translate.
  2. Select Translate to English.
  3. To revert the text, select See Original.

Dynamic translation in Aspire Mobile

Crews must set their preferred language in system settings and be online.

  1. Select Profile icon.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Dynamic Translation Language.

Note: System language determines the language for prompts and labels in Aspire Mobile. It does not determine what language to translate text into.

Under applicable text fields, there are options to translate or revert the text to its original language. If you select English as your preferred language, the option will show as Translate to English.

How to use dynamic translation
