What’s new?

A new work ticket option allows you to mark visit notes as public to permit visit notes to appear on Invoice and Work Ticket report layouts created using the Web Report Designer

How it Works 

To make this happen, you must mark a visit note as public so it will show up on the report using your design report layout. 


Making Visit Notes Public 

You will need to check the Make Public for reports option on the work ticket visit details screen for new visit notes by taking these steps: 

  1. Go to the Scheduling module and select Edit Visit from the More Actions menu of a scheduled visit to open the visit details screen.
  2. Select Visit Notes and click ADD

  1. Check Make public for reports.  
  2. Save

You can check or uncheck the option in the Public column for existing tickets and save your changes.
