The Application - Issues screen enables you to manage issue-related settings in Aspire. As a system administrator, you can configure issue notification emails to use the branch name instead of the company name.

Accessing the Issues Screen

To open the Issues screen:

  1. Navigate to Administration.
  2. Select Application.
  3. The Issues screen appears in alphabetical order between Imports and List.

Screen Elements

Screen ElementDescription
Issues TabSelect this tab to view and manage issue-related settings.
Issue Email from Branch NameCheck this box to send issue emails using the branch name instead of the company name. Refer to the Activities Issues screen for more configuration details.
