Audit Report - Daily Plan Report

Overview

The Daily Plan Report audit report tracks when a daily plan was created, changed, or deleted, and who made the change. Use this report to review the history of daily plan activity across your organization.

Things to know

  • To access this report, go to the Audit Report section in the Reports module and select Daily Plan Report from the menu.

  • The report includes a set of default fields. You can also add additional fields to customize the data shown.

Default fields

The following fields display by default when you run the report.

Field

Description

Audit Action

The type of change that was made. Values include: Insert (a value was added to the Daily Plan field for the first time), Update (an existing value in the Daily Plan field was changed), and Delete (the value was removed because an Opportunity status was reset to Bidding, or a Work Ticket or Work Ticket Visit was removed).

Created By

The person who created or updated a daily plan value.

Created Time

The date and time when the daily plan was created or updated.

Daily Plan

The number of items listed for a day's work.

Item Name

The name of the service item associated with the daily plan entry.

Route

The route the visit is scheduled under.

Scheduled Visit Date

The date the visit is scheduled to occur.

Additional fields

You can add the following fields to the report for more detail.

Description

Division

The division associated with the daily plan entry.

Item Alt Name

The alternate name assigned to the service item, if one exists.

Last Modified By

The person who most recently changed the report.

Last Modified Time

The date and time of the most recent change to the report.

Last Name

The last name of the person who modified the daily plan.

Work Ticket #

The work ticket number associated with the daily plan entry.
