# Notification of Customer Signature

Para las oportunidades que se han firmado electrónicamente, el icono Ver firma![](https://cdn.document360.io/5942a8d7-f3b1-4919-bdfa-d477d8498fe3/Images/Documentation/signature%20icon.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-27T08%3A29%3A59Z&se=2026-10-27T09%3A29%3A59Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=A0Y7RKDAYMTbw1at0jypjiztert8jm576mcB%2BXCJqhk%3D)se muestra en la pantalla *Oportunidad* junto al campo *Estado* . Al pasar el ratón sobre ese icono, Aspire muestra la firma electrónica. El estado de oportunidad sigue *reflejándose como Entregado*. Según la visualización de la firma, el representante de ventas puede marcar la oportunidad como Ganada.

Nota:Si el usuario restablece la oportunidad al estado de puja, la firma se eliminará de la propuesta y el cliente tendrá que volver a firmar la oportunidad una vez que se haya vuelto a aprobar.
