Resumen del artículo

Aspire provides various places to print documents (i.e., proposals, invoices, payments, statements, work tickets, etc.). Multiple layouts can be available for printing any of these documents. The Report Layout Default Settings screen allows you to select the layout you would like as the default for any specified report.

Screen ElementDescription
Report TypeFor each row, this column allows you to select an Aspire report for which you establish a default report layout. This field provides a drop-down of all valid Aspire reports.
Report NameFor each row, this column allows you to specify the layout for the selected document that should be used as the default. It provides a dropdown listing available layouts created for the selected report type.
Include Standard ReportAspire provides a standard default document layout when printing any document in Aspire. It is common for each company to have its own custom document layouts that you use, so it may be unnecessary to utilize the standard default layout – you could prefer not to have the default layout available as an option for the company. This checkbox determines whether the standard default layout is available for you to choose when printing documents.
Save Icon  The Save icon confirms any new defaults defined and saves them.
