The To Do List section of the Home screen helps you keep track of appointments, emails, tasks, milestones, and issues for which you are responsible, as described in Activities. The list displayed directly on the home screen shows all task and appointment activities due for completion in the upcoming days for the logged-in user.
You can specify the number of upcoming days by navigating to the Dashboard Customization section of the User Settings screen.
Note:
The More action icon is unavailable when logging in from a mobile device.
- You can create new appointments, tasks, issues, or emails by clicking the New icon and selecting the appropriate option from the pop-up dialog menu.
- You must have existing assigned tasks and issues to view them from the To Do List.
- An action menu is accessible for Issues, Milestones, and Tasks on the To-Do List so you can complete issues and tasks without leaving the Dashboard.
- You can use Quick View to see notes or change due dates.
- If you have an empty To-Do List, a No Data message will be displayed to indicate no items in your list.
- When you select a header (Overdue, Today, Next Ten Days) from the To Do List on the Dashboard, your choice will be saved even if you navigate away from the home screen.
- You can see appointment times displayed on the To-Do List on the Dashboard.
- Please note that the time reflected will be the same timezone as your location when you created the appointment.
- If you change timezones, the time you see will not change to align with the current timezone of your present location.
- You must sync your calendar to Aspire to view appointments created in your external calendar on the To-Do List.
- You can select more than one To Do List date range filter, and the results will be consolidated so that you can see all the results on the same screen.
