The Forms Search List screen enables you to view existing forms that they have defined or initiate the creation, viewing or editing of individual forms. The screen is displayed by clicking the Custom Forms icon on the Administration screen.
Clicking on one of the forms in the list displays the Form Screen to view or edit that form.
Clicking the New Form icon displays the Form screen to create a new form.
