Job Service Schedule Visits Screen

The Job Service Schedule Visits screen is accessible from the Job Service Schedule screen and allows you to specify that each work ticket in a recurring schedule requires multiple visits and define the relationship between those related visits. They can schedule the visits across multiple days, multiple crews, or both.


In the screenshot above, one crew will spread work across two visits on successive days. One visit will occur on the first day of the work ticket reoccurrence, and another visit will occur on day two. On day one, the crew will perform 50% of the work for the work ticket, and on day two, they will perform the remaining 50%.

Add New Route drop-downCreates a new visit line in the grid allowing you to define parameters for that visit.
SequenceDetermines the order in which the visit tiles appear on that day and route
SaveSaves changes and returns you to the Job Service Schedule screen.
CancelLeaves the screen without saving any changes made since you most recently clicked the Save Changes button.
Day Displays and allows you to modify the day relative to the scheduling of that work ticket, on which the visit will be scheduled.
Route Allows you to specify the route to which the visit will be assigned.
