Districts Search List Screen
As a client, you can divide and organize their companies by geographical distinctions - branches, regions, and districts. The Districts Search List screen enables you and district managers the option to create and configure districts to best meet the business needs of your companies. Branches and regions can be subset groups of districts.
|Navigate to the Districts Search List Screen by going to Organization and selecting Districts.|
|Previously, Districts could be found under the Organization menu as Manage Districts.|
|Branches, Regions, and Districts belong to the Organization menu category.|
|Export to PDF can be accessed by first navigating to Print Screen from the More menu and then scrolling to Save as PDF from the Destination field and clicking Save.|
|1. Search for individual districts.|
|2. Advanced Search functions (filter, display, sort, and group information) are now located on the same screen.|
|3. Add a New district name.|
|4. The following options can be accessed under the More menu: Save As My Default, Reset Advanced Search, Print Screen, Export to Excel (Current View), Export to Excell (All View).|
District Details Screen
You can create a new name for a district by clicking the new icon and you can change the name of an existing district by clicking on the district you would like to modify from the district search list. Click here for more details.
