Site audits will commonly be performed in the field on a mobile device such as a tablet or a mobile phone. Aspire supports audits in both the mobile interface (smartphones) and the desktop interface (tablets and notebooks). Note that the mobile interface can also be displayed on a notebook or desktop computer by reducing the size of the browser window in which Aspire is being presented.
Site audits are created and managed from the Property screen. To navigate to a site audit, click on the hyperlink in the Previous Site Audit field on the Property details screen.
The following site audit capabilities are supported by the Site Audit screens:
- Creation of a new site audit
- Printing site audit reports
- Adding photos to site audit categories
- Adding tags to photos or to site audit categories
- Viewing the locations where photos are taken
- Sketching annotations onto photos
While site audits can be performed from either the mobile interface or the desktop interface in a similar manner, our topics focus primarily on the mobile interface.
