Display the Quick Ticket screen from the Time Entry screen by either directly adding the Quick Ticket on the Time Entry screen or by creating a new ticket from a ticket that a Crew Leader has entered in the Crew Mobile app on the Time Entry screen.
To navigate to the Time Entry screen of a Work Ticket and add a Quick Ticket, take the following steps:
- Go to the Schedule Board.
- Select a work ticket visit tile.
- Click the kebab action menu.
- Select Open Time Entry.
- Click Add New in the Direct Job header and select Add Quick Ticket.
The following table summarizes the field elements on this screen:
Screen Element | Description |
Property | Property for which the new work order will be created. When the screen is initially displayed, this field defaults to the property on which the crew leader created the quick ticket. |
Branch | The branch with which the newly created work order should be associated. This field is blank when the screen is initially displayed. |
Work Date | This field allows you to specify the date the work was performed. When the screen is initially displayed, this field reflects the date the crew leader created the quick ticket in the Crew Mobile App. |
Division | Allows you to specify the division with which the work should be associated. When the screen is initially displayed, the field's value is based on the division on the Quick Work Order template. |
Name | Allows you to adjust the name of the service performed. When the screen is initially displayed, the field's value is based on the service specified on the Quick Work Order template. |
Opportunity Invoice Notes | When the screen is displayed, this field is initially populated by combining the Opportunity Invoice Note specified by the crew leader when creating the work ticket and the Opportunity Invoice Note specified on the work order template. You can use the previously provided information and modify it as appropriate for display on the invoice. |
Price | Customer price charged for the service. When the screen is initially displayed, this field populates with $0.00. Suppose an invoice type of T&M is designated on a newly created Opportunity, but the Price within the Quick Ticket is updated to a value greater than $0.00. In that case, the invoice type will update from T&M to Fixed Price on Completion, and the originally designated price for the service will be overridden. |
