Subcontractor Portal 2.0

Prev Next

Aspire now offers the Subcontractor Portal 2.0, allowing subcontractors to manage and report work they perform on behalf of the company. Once invited, subcontractors can securely access multiple Aspire systems with one login, view and manage work tickets related to contract and work order opportunities, upload documentation such as certifications, images, or notes, and access the portal with their mobile devices. The Subcontractor Portal 2.0 can be used at the same time as the legacy Subcontractor Portal for a limited time, and subcontractors can be invited in bulk.

Note: This feature is in early access. If you are interested in gaining early access, please contact your CSM.

Setting up the Subcontractor Portal 2.0

The Subcontractor Portal 2.0 is enabled from the Time Reporting tab of the Configuration screen. You can enable the legacy Subcontractor Portal and Subcontractor Portal 2.0 at the same time. Any enabled options will apply to both portals.

Inviting subcontractors to the portal

You can bulk invite multiple subcontractors to the portal or individually.

  1. In the Time Reporting tab of the Configuration screen, select Send Invites.
  2. Choose each name or select Invite All

The Subcontractor Portal 2.0 must be enabled to bulk invite subcontractors. Subcontractors will receive an email invitation, configure their own account, and view their assigned routes and work tickets.

How subcontractors use the Subcontractor Portal 2.0

Subcontractors can access the new portal with their login information and manage the Aspire system(s) connected to their account. They must set up their login information and accept an email invite for the new portal. If they work with multiple Aspire systems, this list will show after they login, and they can choose which partner to view tickets or documents for.
