When a time correction request is submitted through Crew Mobile or Aspire Mobile, Aspire generates an alert in the Resource Center to notify operations managers of the pending request. This alert appears as Pending Time Correction Requests and is designed to ensure that time edits made after daily submissions are not overlooked.

When you select the Pending Time Correction Requests alert, Aspire displays a list of all pending time correction requests, including columns for the employee name and request date. Selecting a specific request directs you to the Time Entry screen for the particular user and request, where you can review and complete the correction.
