Undelivered Emails

Navigate to the Undelivered Emails search list screen to manage messages that Aspire could not connect with the email system to send an intended email. This screen will not report emails Aspire could send but were either undelivered or, for some other reason, not received by the intended recipient.
View Undelivered Emails
Click on one of the email items displayed in the search list to view the contents of the email so that you can take the appropriate business measures. If multiple messages are not being delivered, you can troubleshoot to determine the cause. Once you appropriately address the undelivered email, you can delete the email(s).
Delete Undelivered Emails
Before deleting an undelivered email, you must have the Delete Activities Permission enabled under your role. The option to delete emails will be grayed out if this permission is not enabled under your user role. Delete undelivered emails by taking the following steps;
- Go to the Resource Center.
- Select Alerts.
- Select Undelivered Emails.
- Select one or emails.
- Go to the Bulk Action menu.
- Select Delete Undelivered Emails.
- Undelivered emails be filtered, grouped, sorted, and displayed.
- If you bulk delete a large number of undelivered emails at one time, you will see a progress bar so that you will know that the deletion process is in progress.
