If your company uses the Customer Portal, it’s important to help your customers understand how to use it. The Customer Portal workspace of the Knowledge Base is designed specifically for portal users and provides step-by-step guidance on navigating and using the portal.
In addition to this online resource, we’ve created a downloadable instruction template that you can customize and share directly with your customers. You can brand the template with your company’s logo and images as needed. Keep reading for instructions on how to download and modify the template.

Download and modify the document

- If you want to edit the document in Microsoft Word, click File > Download > Microsoft Word. Make changes to the document in Word, and click Save when you’re done.

- If you want to edit the document in Google Docs, click File > Make A Copy, enter a new name for the file, and choose a Google Drive folder to put it in. Make changes to the document in Word, and click Save when you’re done.
