Expiring Payment Methods

When Aspire recognizes that a credit card will expire in the current month or the following month, it generates an alert to notify the appropriate users so that proper action can be taken. Users who have the Expiring Payment Methods Alert permission will receive these notifications.

When the user selects the Expiring Payment Method in the Alerts menu, Aspire displays the Expiring Payment Methods screen showing a list of contacts and the expiring payment method(s). The contact names are displayed as hyperlinks. Clicking on one of these hyperlinks takes the user to the Payment Method tab of the Contact screen.
