Failed Bank Deposits

Suppose the Aspire system is integrated with a separate accounting system such as QuickBooks or Great Planes. In that case, Aspire transmits bank deposits recorded in Aspire into the accounting system when the two systems are synchronized. If the accounting system fails to import the deposit information, Aspire adds a Failed Bank Deposits alert to the Alerts list.
Unlike other alerts, clicking the Failed Bank Deposit alert does not bring you to another screen for resolution.
To address these alerts, go to the Deposit Search List screen and establish a search list that includes the Accounting Message column. The Accounting Message field represents a message generated by the accounting system to help identify integration issues.
