    Advanced Search Formulas Search List Screen

     Advanced search formulas enable you to create custom fields for display in Aspire that are based on calculations performed on existing search list fields. For example, you could create a new field to be available on the Opportunity Search List screen called Cost Except Labor calculated based on existing Opportunity Search List fields: [Actual Cost Dollars] – [Actual Cost Labor]. The Advanced Formulas Search List screen works together with the Advanced Search Formulas screen to manage, edit, and create new search list fields.

    The Advanced Search Formulas Search List screen behaves like other search lists enabling you to display and filter information to provide the most value in various situations. Click on an Advanced Formula row in the search list or click the New Advanced Formula icon.
