When Aspire processes an electronic payment initiated either from the Customer Portal or from the Process Electronic Payments Search List screen, if a payment fails validation with the credit card processing company, Aspire generates an alert to notify the appropriate users so that proper action can be taken. If you have the Rejected Payments Alert permission, you will receive these notifications.

When you select Rejected Electronic Payments on the Alerts screen, Aspire displays a list of the payments that have been rejected and not acknowledged.
