The following table describes the special list filters available from the Invoicing Assistant screen.
| Filter Name | Description |
| As of Date | The As Of date allows you to select a date in the past or in the future. The Invoicing Assistant will display the invoicing recommendations as of that date in time. This allows you, for example, to set the date back two months, and see which of the existing invoice recommendations were due to be sent out to the customers as of that point in time. Note that this date will not filter invoices of type Fixed Price on Payment Schedule because Aspire allows those invoices to be pre-billed. |
| Properties | This field allows you to limit the invoice recommendations to a specific list of properties. The field will allow you to enter multiple properties. As you start typing in the field, Aspire will begin displaying a list of properties starting with the characters you type, allowing them to make a selection. |
| Branches | This field allows you to limit the invoice recommendations based on the property branch. Clicking the field drops down a list of valid branches from which you can choose. |
| Invoice Types | This field allows you to limit the invoice recommendations based on invoice type. |
| Invoice Timing | This field allows you to focus on invoice recommendations that are timed for a specific part (first, last or middle) of the month as specified on the Payment Schedule | Fixed Payment screen. |
