The Documents screen allows you to view and upload images, certificates, or other documents for your selected partner. Aspire saves these documents in your portal and shares them with your contractor. You will receive a notification when a document will expire soon or has expired.

The following fields show when adding new documents.

Document TypeAdd two categories of documents, Attachments and Certifications. Selecting Certifications opens additional required fields.
Note

Add notes to any attachments you upload to the portal.

Certification TypeIf you are uploading a Certification, choose the Certification Type.
Effective Date

Input the date when your certification is effective.

Expiration Date

Input the date when your certification expires.

Document Number

If applicable, input the document number associated with that certification.

Note: You must Upload one document at a time before selecting Add. Documents must be smaller than 10MB.
