Email content templates let you customize messaging and import it into your emails as many times as you need. Once you insert your template, Aspire populates the subject line and body with your customized content. You can then use tokens, modify your wording or formatting, and get suggestions from Titan Intelligence
Accessing templates
Go to Administration > Applications List > Email Content Templates to view your saved templates. From this list, you can create, edit, deactivate, or delete templates.

Create templates for the following content types:
Bulk emails
Invoice emails
Proposal emails
Site Audit emails
Select New and fill out the required fields:
Content Type - the type of email the template applies to.
