Overview
You can clock yourself and your crew members in as a crew leader on the Time Tracking screen by selecting Time from the bottom navigation bar. On this screen, you will see the clock-in status of crew members working on your route for the day.
Things to know
You need the crew leader user role to access the Time Tracking screen and clock in other crew members.
You need the System Admin permission to clock in subcontractors. Learn more in Clocking in for subcontractors.
Reference table
The Time Tracking screen contains the following fields.

Field | Description |
a. Crew leader | This is a separate section for you to clock in as the crew leader. |
b. Crew members | A list of crew members that clock in for your current route that day, either by logging in from your device or selecting your route from their own device. Crew members assigned to your route do not show automatically, and crew members who previously clocked in do not stay in this list. They must clock in to your route or from your device each day. |
c. Hours worked | The total hours worked since the last clock-in. An unchanged status of 0.00 hours remains if you have not logged any hours. This option is available offline. |
d. Clock in | When you select Clock in, you start recording time worked for yourself or the listed crew members for your route.

e. Clock in all | Select this option to clock in all members. This option is available if you are offline. After making this selection, a new screen displays the list of crew members available to clock in. You can clear the checkbox for crew members you do not want to clock in from that list. Selected crew members are highlighted in blue with a checkmark next to their name. |
f. Clock out | This option shows after a clock-in was successfully submitted |

Clocking in for subcontractors
Subcontractors who do not have contact records in Aspire can record their time using the Sub Crew Size in MTIME feature. You need the System Admin permission under your user role to configure this feature with the following steps:
Go to Main Menu > Contacts.
Select your crew leader contact record.
Select Prompt for Sub Crew Size in MTIME.
Select Save.

After you select this feature and log in to the app, complete the Clock in form.

Refreshing the Time Tracking screen
You can pull in new data by refreshing the time tracking screen online. After you refresh, your device will pull new data in the background so you can leave the screen, if necessary. New, modified, and deleted time entries since your last sync will be pushed to your device once the refresh is completed.
