Overview
Use the Properties module in Aspire Mobile to search, view, edit, and create property records from the field.
Things to know
Your user role controls access to the Properties module. If you don't see it, contact your administrator.
Only active properties appear in Aspire Mobile. If you're assigned to one branch, you only see properties in that branch.
Aspire Mobile saves recently opened properties on your device so you can view them offline. It removes any property you haven't opened in 30 days.
When you open a property, you can review property details, associated contacts, and issues on the property.
Requirements
A user role with Properties selected in the Mobile section of your user role configuration.
Your user role also needs the Properties permission for what you want to do:
View to see property records
Edit to change or add property details
Create to add new properties
Steps
Search for a property
Tap Properties in the navigation bar or in the menu, depending on your navigation preferences.
Tap the search field at the top of the screen.
Enter a property name, property abbreviation, primary contact name, city, or address.
Tap the property in the results to open the record.

View a property
Open the property from the Properties list.
Tap a tab to review:
Details — property name, address, branch, and other property fields.
Contacts — contacts associated with the property.
Activities — open and recently closed issues on the property.

Edit a property
The Details tab has three sections: Property details, Address, and Special Instructions. You edit each section separately.
Open the property.
On the Details tab, find the section to change.
Tap Edit next to the section name. If a section is empty, tap Add instead of Edit.
Update the fields you want to change.
Tap Save.
Note: Fields that rely on larger data sets, such as Assigned To, can't be edited while you're offline.
Create a property
Tap Properties in the navigation bar or menu.
Tap the plus icon.
Enter the property details. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. Create Property isn't available until you fill them in.
Tap Create Property.

Your property is saved to Aspire Cloud and displays in the Properties module on both mobile and desktop. If you create a property while offline, it displays after Aspire Mobile syncs your changes.
Working offline with properties
When you open a property while connected, Aspire Mobile saves it to your device. You can view that record later without an internet connection. If you edit or create a property while offline, Aspire Mobile queues your changes and syncs them to Aspire Cloud the next time you connect.
