Overview
Use the Contacts module in Aspire Mobile to search, view, edit, and create contact records from the field.
Things to know
Access to the Contacts module is controlled by your user role. If you don't see it, contact your administrator.
Recently opened contacts are saved on your device so you can view them offline. Contacts you haven't opened in the last 30 days are removed from local storage.
Some text fields aren't available in Aspire Mobile. If you leave them blank on mobile, they appear blank in Aspire Cloud after the contact is created.
Requirements
User role with Contacts turned on under the Mobile section of your user role configuration.
To view, create, or edit contacts, your user role also needs the appropriate Contacts permission. To learn more about the View, Edit, and Create permissions and other Aspire Mobile permissions, read our Defining Role Permissions - Mobile section.
