Overview
To use Aspire Mobile, you must install the app and authorize it with your email.

We always recommend using the latest OS version available for the best experience.
Things to know
You must enable location services for certain features such as time entry to work.
Your device must be approved on your first sign-in.
Approval can be automatic or require administrator action.
Requirements
You must install Aspire Mobile on a iOS or Android device.
You need an internet connection to sign in and authorize your device.
You need an Aspire account (email, password, and company code) already set up.
You will need to enable location services on your Apple or Android device. There are several features, such as time entry, requiring the use of your active location.
If your administrator requires it, you must have Administrator approval for your device.
Your device must meet the requirements below to run the Aspire Mobile app.

Steps
Follow these steps to install and configure Aspire Mobile.
Install the app
Download the Aspire Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Search for Aspire Mobile.
Select Install or Download.
Authorize your device
After installing Aspire Mobile, your device must be approved using an automated or manual authentication process during your first sign-in. Manual authentication requires an administrator to approve your device after receiving an approval request via email. Automated authentication takes place when logging into Aspire Mobile. How your device is approved is determined by the configuration set by the administrator at your company.
In the app, select Authorize with email.

Enter your email address, password, and company code
Create a device name.
Select Authorize.
After selecting Authorize, if your device requires an administrator's approval, you will see a message stating Request Sent.

If prompted:
Wait for administrator approval
Select Refresh to resend the request
Log in again after approval

After your first login, you will be prompted to allow Aspire Mobile to access your location and select your user role. To configure auto-approving devices, read Approving a device.
The features you see in Aspire Mobile depend on the user role assigned to you. If you do not see a feature in your navigation panel or menu that you need, contact your administrator to configure access for your user role.
Note
If you don't have a user role assigned (contact-only users), you'll see the default Crew Member view with access to Time Tracking, Alerts, and Time Log.
Tips
Use the latest OS version for the best performance.
Connect to Wi-Fi during setup to avoid interruptions.
If auto-approve is enabled, your device is approved immediately.
Expected results
You have the app installed on your device.
Your device is authorized and linked to your account.
You can log in and begin using Aspire Mobile.
FAQ
Why is my device not approved?
If your administrator has not configured auto-approval, they need to manually approve your device.
Why are location features not working?
Check that location services are enabled on your device.
