Overview

Push notifications keep you up to date on the latest changes to your assignments. When you are online, you automatically receive notifications for the following:

  • New issues are created and assigned to you.

  • You have not synced your data in 24 hours.


These notifications remain in the Alerts screen until they expire after seven days. 

How to use

  1. When you receive a new alert, a red badge displays.

  2. Select the red badge to view the Alerts screen. Unread notifications are highlighted in blue.

  3. Select a notification to see the issue described in the notification.

Notifications must be enabled on your device to receive push notifications from Aspire Mobile. If notifications are disabled, you will only receive updates while you have the Aspire Mobile app open.

Keep in mind

  • You will not receive notifications if you are not logged in.

  • Push notifications must be enabled on your device. If notifications are disabled, you only receive updates while the Aspire Mobile app is open.
