Overview
You can access account settings to manage account information and app functionality. Use this article to understand the purpose of each item in the account menu and how it displays in the app.
Things to know
Account settings are accessed from the Profile icon.
Some features (such as Manage Navigation) are only available to users with specific permissions.

Manage Navigation | Allows customization of navigation panel items. | Crew leaders with the permission enabled can personalize their navigation panel to include the Daily Plan, Issues, Tickets, Time, or Today views in their preferred order. |
Equipment Service Request | Option to access equipment service requests. | Accessible in the menu and cannot be pinned to the navigation panel. |
Issues | Displays reported issues. | Can be pinned to the navigation panel. |
Request Equipment Service | Request service for in-service equipment assigned to your route. | Limited to equipment assigned to your route. Accessible in the menu and cannot be pinned to the navigation panel. |
Tickets | Accesses work tickets. | Can be pinned to the navigation panel. |
Time | Displays time-related functions. | Can be pinned to the navigation panel. |
Time Log | Displays the weekly timesheet and logged hours and includes daily and cumulative totals. This supports time review and correction requests. Some indicators (such as warning icons) highlight issues that require administrative action. | Select Time Log to access your weekly timesheet and review daily logged hours and the cumulative weekly total. Select a specific day to view clock-in and clock-out records or request a clock time correction. |
Today | Displays the current day’s work view. | Can be pinned to the navigation panel. |
Settings | Displays application settings. | Check or uncheck Snow Mode and change your Language Settings. |
Snow Mode | Toggles snow-related functionality. | Enabled or disabled within Settings. |

Dynamic Translation | Allows you to choose which language to translate notes, comments, and other details into. You must be connected to the internet for this feature to work. | Configured in Settings. |

The red triangle icon signals that clock time records have unresolved conflicts, which an administrator must address on the Time Entry page of Aspire.
