English is the default language for Aspire Mobile, but you can change the language to Español, either before logging in to the app, or in the app settings after logging in.

Changing the app language only affects the prompts and labels within the app. It doesn't apply to any information input by your company. To translate information from your company, follow the instructions in the section about Dynamic Translation below.

Change language before logging in

When you first launch the app, select the English bar and select Spanish.

Change language in settings

  1. After logging in, select the three-line icon in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. On the Settings page, select Spanish.
    The steps just described.

Activate Dynamic Translation

Dynamic translation lets you read text your company has entered into Aspire, such as notes, into a language of your choosing. This doesn’t affect any prompts or labels built into the app.

  1. After logging in, select the three-line icon in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. On the Settings page, select Dynamic Translation Language.

  4. Find and select the language you want to read.
    The steps just described.

Now, when viewing text entered by someone at your company in the app, a Translate to [language] button appears below the text. Tap the button to read the text in the chosen language.

Dynamic translation is available for the following text elements in the app:

  • Visit Notes

  • Ticket Notes

  • Property Notes

  • Service Notes

  • Issues Details

  • Issue Comments

  • Time Correction Request Notes

  • Equipment Inspection Notes
